Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY
You may take your purchase back to any SMB Trading retail outlet to return your goods and get your money back instantly* or exchange it for something else within 3 days of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging & with all paperwork, parts & accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as the Invoice or website order number. If you’re missing your receipt, an exchange may be issued up to the same amount as the item being returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you, however, courier charges may be applied for this service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as certain solvents cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as worn shoes, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Special order goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Items damaged or modified by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS
If returned by courier, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have come in person to any of our retail outlets then the goods will be inspected on the spot and you will be issued a refund in the original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING
If the item is damaged or does not match its description, SMB Trading will bear the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item including the original shipping cost after we have inspected the goods.
For any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation is applicable if order is cancelled within 24 hours or before the dispatch of goods whichever is earlier. After the confirmation of cancellation of order, we will process the request for refund which will take approximately 15 working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page
